After 17 years in business Dr. Clouse has made the decision to close Eyedentity Vision Center on SE Clinton St and is now practicing solely at Visage Eyewear. All of your patient records have transferred along with the doctor and we will continue to provide the quality treatment and service you experienced at his SE location.
We are excited to welcome you to Visage Eyewear and are here to help during this transition in any way we can. Dr. Clouse is currently seeing patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and every other Saturday.
